Q: Where are in-person services offered?Our home base is Northwest of Phoenix, Arizona. For in-person services, we come to you; either your home or a communal space that is convenient for you. We also travel out of state as our time and dog sitter allows.

Q: Does my consultation include follow-up care and check-ins?A: Yes, your consultation includes a follow-up conversation to discuss if our services are the right fit for you. This is included in the initial consultation fee. Should you choose to continue working with our team, we will schedule routine follow-ups to monitor your health, adjust your personalized wellness plan as needed, and provide ongoing support to help you achieve your goals.

Q: Are all services offered virtually or do some require me to be seen in-person?Most of our services can be done virtually, with the exception of a few: - In-person visits to health care facilities such as hospitals, long-term care centers, or medical offices. - Business or corporate consultations where a feel for the environment is necessary.

Q: Do you offer services on weekends?A: Yes, we do! Our weekend hours are limited, but we can make arrangements depending on your needs.

Q: If I am recommended a plan that does not work for me or yield the desired results, can I get my money back?A: We understand that wellness is a personal journey, and not every plan may fit perfectly for everyone. If you find that a recommended plan does not work for you, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the plan's commencement. We will work closely with you to find a more suitable plan to honor our committment to your well-being and satisfaction.
